The Integrated Political Crisis Response (IPCR) arrangements allow the European Union (EU) to take rapid decisions when facing major crisis which require a response at EU political level. This leaflet briefly describes the functioning of the IPCR, including the driving role of the Council Presidency and the support through situation analysis, information-sharing tools and preparedness activities.
