Book abstract:

This guide provides contact details of members of staff from institutions of the European Union who carry out activities on behalf of the United Kingdom. It provides details of the European Commissioners, the Secretariat General of the Commission and the various Directorates-General of the Commission. Other departments covered include the Council of the European Union, the UK Parliament and the European Union, the European Parliament, the Economic and Social Committee, the Committee of the Regions, the European Courts, the Financial Institutions and Ombudsman, the Decentralised Community Agencies, and the UK Local Authority and Regional Offices in Brussels. A list of contact details for information providers on the European Union such as European Public Information Centres and European Documentation Centres is also included. Finally, contact details for pressure groups are provided.
