The Irish representation is moving its offices to be closer to the Justus Lipsius building, but it will be even closer than it realised.

One Irish official has worked out that from the new address just across the road, Ireland's Permanent Representative can reach his delegation office inside Justus quicker than some Council of Ministers staff can get there from within the building.

It's all to do with the fact that the Justus Lipsius building is so vast it can take about 20 minutes to reach the centre of the building from some of its more isolated regions.
