The main purpose of this publication is to give an overview of macroeconomic and structural developments in 2001-2002 for the countries of the Western Balkan region. The paper contains a broad overview of macroeconomic trends in the region and economic relations with the EU, a section on fiscal consolidation in the Western Balkans, and, for each country, a section on macroeconomic developments, structural reforms and international relations. |
