Think-tanks can make EU laws smarter

Analysis feature in which the author, who is founding chairman of the European Policy Centre, suggests that government, business and think-tanks in Europe form three distinct circles with some interaction between them but little cross-fertilisation. He says that a vital priority for the European Union is the building of a participatory society, in which all stakeholders work closely together to seek common solutions to common problems.
