Throw Euro cash lifeline to small businesses, say Tories

European Union funds should be used to support a loan guarantee scheme for banks to keep lending to small business in Wales, the Welsh Conservatives said on the 9 December 2008.
Dylan Jones-Evans, the Welsh Conservatives’ economic commission chairman, said the majority of the £500m funding should be brought forward to deal with the economic crisis.
