Date: 18/06/1998 German Chancellor Helmut Kohl arrived at Cardiff international airport on Sunday evening to be greeted by a large Grosvenor bus rather than a top-of-the-range Rover limousine. Apparently, the limousines were restricted to slimmer heads of state - a pity since Rover is now one of Germany's better-known prestige cars. |
