The issue of Europe has once again exposed internal divisions within the United Kingdom's Conservative Party, and earned new party leader David Cameron a rebuke from Conservative MEPs in the European Parliament who have threatened to disobey his call for them to withdraw from the centre-right European People's Party and establish a new eurosceptic grouping with allies from central and eastern Europe.
