Conservative MPs have lined up to criticise the UK government’s policy on Europe, January 2011, as part of the latest show of strength from rebels in what is proving to be one of the most fractious parliaments in recent times.

Mr Cameron survived an initial challenge from eurosceptic Conservative MPs on the 11 January 2011 who were demanding a more hawkish version of the government-proposed bill on the European Union.
