In order to improve production and to focus on users' satisfaction, OHIM, and in particular its Trade Marks Department (TMD) and Designs Department (DD) have established quality standards to deal with two issues: treating applications within a reasonable period of time and applying harmonised criteria at all different stages of each of the Community Trade Marks (CTM) and Registered Community Designs (RCD) procedures. |
