Transatlantic Training Guide

The overall aim of this guide is to provide a series of activities that can be used in workshops with participants from the USA and Europe who work for the same multinational company (workplace activists and union officials). It is intended to provide understanding of the cultural differences to bridge the potential gap between learning and action, and to deal with the practical problems facing workers in multinational companies. The guide is available for downloading in Acrobat PDF format in English, French and German. It consists of an introduction, a series of 11 activity sheets, and appendices such as a standard evaluation sheet and a sample timetable for a four-day workshop. The guide is accompanied by a transatlantic “Networking Guide”.
