Trawler fleet ‘will have to be slashed further for its survival’

A report released on 25 March 2004 by UK Prime Minister Tony Blair's Strategy Unit recommends that Britain's fleet of cod and other whitefish trawlers must be cut by at least a further 13% if the industry is to survive.
