Troops foil Yugoslav ‘terrorist attack’

British and Swedish peacekeeping troops in Kosovo have foiled an attempt by Yugoslav special forces to mount a “terrorist” attack in Kosovo, according to the UN's chief administrator in the province, Bernard Kouchner.
