UK airline to take complaint over US flights to Brussels

Britain's second-largest short-haul carrier, BMI British Midland, has announced that it will launch an official complaint with the European Commission over the UK Government's restrictive air services agreement with the US, known as Bermuda II. The agreement allows only British Airways and Virgin Atlantic from the UK and United Airlines and American Airlines of the US, to operate direct flights from Heathrow to the US.
