UK-EU Future Relationship: what’s the latest for Welsh further and higher education?

The UK Government’s White Paper in July 2018 had provided the most detailed outline yet of what the UK Government wanted the UK’s economic relationship with the EU to look like after Brexit.

How would this new relationship impact on the high and further education in Wales? This was one of a series of blog posts that examined the Welsh dimension of the UK Government’s recent Future Relationship, and followed post examining environmental protection and the impact on the Welsh economy.
