The leaders of the United Kingdom's four largest trade unions - Unison, Amicus, GMB and the TGWU - are to join forces to fight against the European Union's proposed Services Directive which they believe will threaten workers' rights and damage public services. The unions are also opposed to the 'country of origin' principle.
