UK warned not to obey EU’s rules too strictly

The (UK) Association of Private Client Investment Managers and Stockbrokers published a report in May 2004 which explains how the UK could find itself at a competitive disadvantage if it implements too strictly the EU's nearly-completed Financial Services Action Plan.
