EurActiv reported that the European Parliament postponed for a second time on the 10 November 2010 the vote on a resolution, seen as hostile by the authorities in Ukraine. MEPs told EurActiv that in order to counter the resolution, Ukraine was applying lobbying techniques ‘very similar’ to those of the Kremlin. |
