Ukraine to get rid of nuclear stockpile

Reports from the Nuclear Security Summit, Washington, 12-13 April 2010. Ukraine pledged on the 12 April 2010 to get rid of stockpile of highly enriched uranium – enough to make several nuclear weapons – within two years, a good omen for President Barack Obama as he opened the nuclear security summit in Washington.
