Union of Industrialists and Employers’ Confederations of Europe

The Union of Industrial and Employers' Confederations of Europe has three key objectives:

1) To promote the common professional interests of the firms represented by its members

2) To inform the decision-making process at European level so that policies and legislative proposals which affect business in Europe take account of companies' needs

3) To represent its members in the dialogue between social partners enshrined in the Treaty on European Union

Please note that in 2007 UNICE was renamed BusinessEurope.
