University tuition fees and student support across Europe

This note aims to give an outline of the range of higher education tuition fee charges and student support systems in a selection of EU member states. The note gives an overview of the new higher education finance system to be introduced in English higher education institutions in September 2012 and gives a brief outline of reforms taking place in other EU member states. This note also discusses the support system for UK students studying at other EU universities.
