Vienna Conference on Recent and Pending Cases at the European Court of Justice on Direct Taxation

Abstract:

On 22 and 23 November 2013, the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law of Vienna University of Economics and Business organized a conference on 'Recent and Pending Cases at the European Court of Justice on Direct Taxation'. This article summarizes the main points of the conference. It will be followed by the publication of a book containing an elaboration of all cases presented during this event.
