The UK Food Standards Agency, on 14 October 2010, issued a consultation, asking food businesses for comments on new EU proposals to reduce levels of three colours in food and drinks. The colours are quinoline yellow, sunset yellow and ponceau 4R. Deadline for responses: 29 October 2010.
