WAG accused of bagging Euro-cash for its own projects

The Welsh Assembly Government (WAG) has been accused of cornering the lion’s share of European aid money for itself.
Welsh Liberal Democrat leader Mike German said the process for receiving EU cash had been made too difficult and the private and voluntary sectors were being frozen out.
