The ESAG Foundation is a group organised after 9/11 in the belief that terrorism is a constant and growing threat. It argues that more recent attacks in Madrid, Amsterdam and London have reinforced the need for their work. Focused on Europe, because Europe accounted for one-third of terrorist attacks during much of the last decade.
