The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), on 15 May 2009, launched its new web-based rulemaking handbook (e-tool) to facilitate access to EASA rules. In May 2009, the handbook includes Notices of Proposed Amendment (NPA) for air operations (NPA 2009-02B, NPA 2009-02C, NPA 2009-02E) and for organisation requirements (NPA 2008-22C). The e-tool is a pre-released version of the final rulemaking handbook, which will include all adopted EASA rules. |
