Background
The National Assembly for Wales’ External Affairs and Additional Legislation Committee has been investigating the potential impact of Brexit on Welsh ports in 2017, to which Andrew Potter was invited to give evidence. Dr Andrew Potter looks at the practical implications for Welsh ports of the UK’s departure from the EU and considers whether there is a winning situation for Wales, even if a soft border with Ireland is part of the final deal.
