XXIst Report on Competition Policy 1991

An annual report which gives a detailed overview of the competition policy of the EC over the year. Part 1 gives general competition policy. Part 2 deals with competition policy towards businesses. Part 3 is concerned with competition policy and government assistance to enterprises. Part 4 concerns contacts with other Community institutions and the international sphere of competition policy. At the time of compilation of this 'Bibliographic snapshot' the XXIInd report for the year 1992 had just been made available as COM (93)162 final (5.5.93) but was not yet available as a formal publication.
