Full-scale talks aimed at dividing the assets of the former Yugoslavia are resuming in Brussels, after a break of nearly two years. Representatives of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia (FYROM), Slovenia and Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) are once again to discuss ways in which the assets and liabilities of the old federation can be shared out. |
