Council conclusions on Venezuela

On the 18 July 2016, the Council of the European Union reached a conclusion on Venezuela, which was facing economic and social challenges. More than half million European citizens lived in Venezuela, and the European Union reiterated the importance of bringing reconciliation in the country during the Foreign Affairs Council of the 15 May 2017.
