Cross-party UK EU exit group launches

Vote Leave, a new cross-party campaign for the United Kingdom to leave European Union in the referendum due by the end of 2017 was launched on the 9 October 2015, with millionaire donors to the Conservatives, Labour and Ukip named as its treasurers and financial backers.

The 'stay' or 'remain' campaign group, co-ordinated by Lord Mandelson and Lord Heseltine, was expected to launch on 12 October 2015.
