EU puts pressure on Serbia to stop South Stream gas pipeline

EUObserver reported that the European Commission would tell Serbia in its annual enlargement report 2014 issued on the 8 October 2014 that its accession prospects would suffer if it built South Stream, a Russian gas pipeline.
