The European Commission unveiled on 13 October 2015 the Horizon 2020 Work Programme for 2016-17.

This Work Programme offers a budget of almost €16 billion and is directly aligned with the agenda of the presidency of the European Commission. It aims to help strengthening Europe’s global competitiveness, create new and sustainable jobs and promote growth.
