The Council of the European Union adopted on 15 December 2015 a set of conclusions regarding the European Union's enlargement policy - comprising Turkey, Montenegro and Serbia - and the stabilisation and association process between the EU and the Western Balkans, covering FYR Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The conclusions reaffirmed the Council's commitment to the enlargement process and to the European perspective of the Western Balkans.
