Press Release: Winter 2014 forecast: Recovery gaining ground

The European Commission issued its winter economic forecast 2014 on the 25 February 2014.

Europe's economic recovery, which began in the second quarter of 2013, was expected to continue spreading across countries and gaining strength while at the same time becoming more balanced.
