Speech: College read-out: Vice-President Dombrovskis on the European Semester, VAT and trade

Comment by Vice-President for the Euro and Social Dialogue Dombrovskis after the meeting of College of Commissioners on 24 February 2016.

The College discussed the outcome of last week's European Council and held an orientation debate on the European Semester, including on country reports and the macroeconomic imbalances procedure.
