A summary of the UK Government’s White Paper proposals for the UK’s future relationship with the EU

The UK Government’s White Paper in July 2018 had provided the most detailed outline yet of what the UK Government wanted the UK’s economic relationship with the EU to look like after Brexit.

Subsequently, the Research Service of the National Assembly for Wales ((Senedd Research) published a series of blog posts summarising the White Paper and examining the implications of the proposals for key policy areas in Wales. This paper draws all the blog posts in the series together into a single research briefing. The posts were included as originally written and were accurate on the dates they were first published.
