Development is about people. 2015 was a year to tell their stories

Development is about people and the European Year for Development 2015 set out to tell their stories. The European Commission published a Story of the Week every week throughout 2015 and this book is a collection of these stories. The stories portray how our development cooperation has changed the lives of girls and boys, women and men, around the world, across all areas of our work. The stories are arranged across 12 thematic chapters which correspond to the 12 thematic months of the European Year.
