Summary:

This is the third enhanced surveillance report on Greece monitoring the commitments made by the Greek government at the Eurogroup of June 2018.

Further information:

The report notes that Greece made a reasonable start to the post programme environment since August 2018, but finds that reform implementation in Greece slowed in the later months, and that the consistency of some measures with commitments given to European partners is not assured and poses risks to the achievement of agreed fiscal targets.

This report was published as part of the 2019 European Semester Spring Package.
