A meeting of the Eurogroup was held on 10 July 2017. The agenda includes the following items:

+ Discussion on insolvency frameworks in the Eurozone, focusing on national supervisory practices and legal frameworks related to non-performing loans (NPLs);

+ Information on developments in the Euro area banking sector;

+ Information on the main findings of the 7th post-programme surveillance mission carried out in Ireland on 16-19 May;

+ Discussion on the Eurozone fiscal stance for the forthcoming year, aiming to help shaping the member states' draft budgetary plans and the Council's recommendation for the Euro area's economic policy;

+ Presentation of a EFB's report analysing the overall direction of fiscal policy in the Eurozone;

+ Exchange of views on the elements that are needed to deepen the Economic and Monetary Union, including their possible prioritisation, sequencing and bundling.
