A meeting of the Eurogroup was held on 4 December 2017. This meeting comprised a regular part with the Eurozone finance ministers and an inclusive part with the EU27 member states. The agenda includes the following topics:

Regular Eurogroup

+ Discussion on the state of play of the third review of Greece's macroeconomic adjustment programme;

+ Information on the main results of post-programme surveillance missions to Cyprus and Spain;

+ Follow-up discussion on the tax wedge on labour, including an assessment of programme towards the benchmarks agreed at a previous meeting;

+ Discussion on the Eurozone countries' draft budgetary plans for 2018 and the overall budgetary situation in the Euro Area;

+ Adoption of the Eurogroup's work programme for the first semester of 2018;

+ Election of a new President of the Eurogroup;

Inclusive Eurogroup

+ Preparations for the Euro Summit taking place on 15 December.
