Summary:

A meeting of the General Affairs Council (GAC) was held on 18 November 2022. The agenda included the following items:

• Adoption of Decisions concerning the opening of negotiations with Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia for agreements on Frontex cooperation.
