MEMBERS of the European Parliament's economic and monetary affairs committee gave their support this week for a report by a group of 'wise men' calling for fast track reforms governing securities markets. But they insisted on an appeals system to let MEPs challenge the findings of a proposed securities committee designed to oversee the reforms.
