Radovan Karadzic, appearing on the 29 August 2008 for the second time before the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), refused to enter pleas on 11 charges, including genocide and crimes against humanity, and signalled his intent to fight what he called the 'Nato court'.
