Poland Courts American Boots

In this analysis feature the author suggested that NATO was not providing the security the Polish government had long wanted. Warsaw was not sure also that the Trump administration would either.

Poland wanted the United States to deploy American troops in Poland on a permanent basis. And Warsaw was willing to pay $2 billion to establish joint military installations and provide more flexible movement of US forces.
