Survey: Britain in Europe Renegotiation Scorecard. September 2015

An exclusive survey of opinion in ten of the most critical EU member states to find how close UK Prime Minister David Cameron is to securing agreement to a reform package that he can put to the British people. ECFR found that Mr Cameron was less than a third of the way to securing agreement to a reform
package that he could put to the British people.
