Eurogroup meeting, 21 June 2018

Summary:

A meeting of the Eurogroup was held on 21 June 2018. It took place in its regular format as well as in an inclusive format, comprising EU27 Member States. The agenda includes the following topics:

+ Discussion on the fourth (and final) review of Greece's economic adjustment programme;

+ Adoption of statement outlining the agreement supporting Greece's exit from the economic adjustment programme;

+ Exchange of views on the IMF presentation of the outcome of its Article IV consultation with the Eurozone;

+ Exchange of views and adoption of Statement on Spain's update draft budgetary plan for 2018;

+ Information on the fourth post-programme surveillance mission to Cyprus;

+ Adoption of the Eurogroup's work programme for the second semester of 2018;

+ Presentation of the policy priorities of the new cabinets of Italy and Spain;

+ Preparation of the Euro Summit scheduled for June 2018.
